Those boys who “volunteered “ to be drivers did so hoping to gain insight and an edge for the routes on selection, they thought they were smarter than the DS who probably made a note of every drivers name and when they attempted selection with this “valuable edge info” the DS new that would be there train of thought and tested them more! The SAS/SBS are no fools just when you think you may know what’s coming, they pull the rug from under you , they have trained and passed and failed hundreds of men before them and know every trick in the book I expect? The SAS is the original test of all the tests to make it in the special forces! That's why the tests are sent to all over the world USA, Iraq, parts of Asia and Africa. Obviously the sas don't give all secrets away! This why SAS is the best trained force on earth and most American forces will back this up
